6 More Weeks...
...(or thereabouts) until grandbaby #6 arrives! Getting very excited! I'm working on this cross stitch sampler for the baby and I'm probably about halfway through. I'm so bad about getting them finished anywhere near on time-I'm determined to have this one ready by the end of the year!

Wales
On our vacation last month, we decided to take a side trip down to parts of Wales to visit some places we have wanted to see for a long time. We are great fans of Ellis Peters' Brother Cadfael-the 12th century sleuth of her "Brother Cadfael Chronicles". We visited St. Winifrid's Well at Holywell and then drove down to Shrewsbury the next day to see the Abbey of St. Peter and St. Paul. It was wonderful to see the places we have read about so often. Here are a few pictures. (I'm not a great photographer, I'm afraid!)
